Yakisoba

Ingredients

Yakisoba noodles
Bulldog (Tonkatsu) sauce(amount depending on your taste)
2 tbspn sesame seed oil (or vegetable oil)
1 lb pre-cooked shredded chicken/pork
Pan sauteed vegetables

Preparation

  1. Instant yakisoba noodles with powder (sauce), Bulldog (Tonkatsu) sauce(to taste), Pre-cooked chicken/pork and Pan sauteed vegetables.
  2. Cook noodles per package instructions.
  3. Heat a frypan and add sesame seed oil (vegetable oil can also be used but it'll have a blander flavor).
  4. Combine all of the above except the Bulldog sauce and heat through. When heated, add Bulldog sauce to preferred taste.
  5. Since I'm not Okinawan, I'm not sure but I've heard that eggs lightly scrambled with a touch of soy is added for that style.
