Ingredients
1 lb roast beef5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ground coriander
A little bit tamarind (Asam)
Sugar
Salt
1 cup coconut milk
Preparation
- Boil roast beef until tender. Lift and slice about 3/4 inch thick. Gently pound on the beef slices.
- Chop and mix all spices. In a saucepan, mix spices, beef slices, and coconut milk until boil. Boil until a little bit of fluid is left to get the full flavor in the beef.
- To serve immediately, fry in hot oil. To serve later, chill then store in freezer.
