Chicken Continental Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 C Cooked Chicken, Cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 - 6oz Jars Sliced Mushrooms, 1 Drained and 1 Undrained
  • 1 Medium Green Pepper, cut into pieces
  • 14 oz Can Chicken Broth
  • 10oz Box (or bag) Frozen French Cut Green Beans
  • 2 T Vegetable Oil
  • Pinch Garlic Salt
  • Dash Pepper
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 2 C Dry Minute Rice

Directions
  1. (Set beans out to thaw a little while preparing everything else)
  2. In large, deep pan saute chicken, mushrooms, garlic and pepper in oil for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and bring to a full boil.
  4. Stir in rice, cover, and remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes covered.
  6. Remove Lid, Stir and Enjoy.
  7. *I like a couple splashes of Soy Sauce on mine.
