- 2 C Cooked Chicken, Cut into bite size pieces
- 2 - 6oz Jars Sliced Mushrooms, 1 Drained and 1 Undrained
- 1 Medium Green Pepper, cut into pieces
- 14 oz Can Chicken Broth
- 10oz Box (or bag) Frozen French Cut Green Beans
- 2 T Vegetable Oil
- Pinch Garlic Salt
- Dash Pepper
- 1/2 C Water
- 2 C Dry Minute Rice
Directions
- (Set beans out to thaw a little while preparing everything else)
- In large, deep pan saute chicken, mushrooms, garlic and pepper in oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and bring to a full boil.
- Stir in rice, cover, and remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes covered.
- Remove Lid, Stir and Enjoy.
- *I like a couple splashes of Soy Sauce on mine.
