Ingredients
1 whole chicken (approximately 1 kg)500 cc coconut juice
1/2 tsp baking soda
4 cloves minced garlic
salt
oil
Preparation
- Boil chicken in coconut juice, baking soda, garlic, and salt until the chicken is tender and the liquid evaporates.
- Deep fry the chicken until it's yellowish brown. Brush the cooked chicken with the remaining juice to make it look moist.
