Teriyaki Chicken/Fish/Beef

Ingredients

Teriyaki Sauce is made of Soy Sauce, Mirin, Sake, Sugar and Ginger juice.
Chicken :
4 portions soy sauce
3 portions mirin (sweet Japanese cooking wine)
2/3 portions sake (Japanese cooking wine)

Fish :
5 portions soy sauce
3 portions mirin
3 portions sake
1 portion sugar

Red meat :
6 portions soy sauce
2 portions mirin(no need for sake)
3 portions sugar

1/2 portion of ginger juice

Preparation

  1. Marinate meat for 2 hrs or more in the fridge. I like to marinate cod fish in teriyaki sauce and then fry them in butter using high fire.
