1 1/2 lb. leg of lamb, cut into3/4 " cubes
1/3 c. sweet soy sauce
1/2 t. ground coriander seed, crushed.
1/4 t. crushed black pepper
1 T. lime juice
3 shallots, peeled and sliced.
Preparation
- Thread the lamb onto satay skewers. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients except the shallots.
- Brush each skewer with the sauce coating well. Grill or broil the skewers until medium rare.
- Stir the sliced shallots into the remaining sauce and serve as a dip for the cooked satay.
