
INGREDIENTS
* 3/4 cup medium-dice mango
* 3/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
* 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
* 1 tablespoon water
* 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
* 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
* 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
* Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine all ingredients except ice in a blender and process until smooth, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour into tall glasses filled with ice and serve.
